Why does the system reject my prices?
Why does the system reject my prices?
To protect buyers from pricing errors (for example, when an extra zero or the wrong currency is entered), the system compares your price for each part with the prices of other suppliers.
If there are 3 or more offers for the same part, the system calculates:
Minimum price
Maximum price
Based on these values, acceptable price ranges are defined.
The system will reject a price if it is:
More than 3 times higher than the maximum price
More than 3 times lower than the minimum price
Example:
If the minimum price for a part is 90 AED, then any price below 30 AED will not be accepted, because 90 / 3 = 30.
If your price list is rejected, check that the currency is correct and make sure your prices are within the acceptable range.
Acceptable price ranges are recalculated once a day.
