The delivery deadline for your order is indicated under Delivery due date in each order. This date represents the latest possible day by which the goods must be delivered to the DWC warehouse.

Delivery times that the customer sees depend on several factors including

• type of customer (local market, Free Zone, export)

• destination and carrier schedules - for most destinations, cargo preparation occurs daily with regular handover windows to carriers three times a week.

• internal warehouse processes (2–3 days)

The shorter the actual delivery time, the higher the likelihood that the buyer will choose your offer.
