How do I confirm an order?

In the Orders section, you can confirm orders in two ways:

• Via the interface:

  1. Select the required orders with checkmarks.

  2. Click Confirm — the orders will change status from Unconfirmed to Confirmed.

• Via file import:

  1. Export files with status New

  2. Click Import and upload a file with confirmed orders.

  3. Recognized rows will change status from Unconfirmed to Confirmed.

An order may be cancelled without notice before confirmation.

Unconfirmed orders are sent to a replacement supplier.
