What is FBO and how it works?

Fulfillment by Emex (FBO) is a service that allows suppliers to store their goods at the Emex warehouse and sell them directly through the emexdwc.ae marketplace, while Emex handles storage, order processing, and shipping.

Receiving goods: Emex accepts your products at the DWC sorting center in Dubai.

Sorting and storage: The goods are sorted and placed in dedicated storage at the warehouse.

Listing for sale: Stored products are listed on the emexdwc.ae marketplace and become available for purchase.

Order fulfillment: When a customer places an order, Emex picks, packs, and ships the product to the buyer.

Settlements: Emex calculates the sales proceeds and pays you for the sold goods according to the standard settlement process.

Returns management: If necessary, you can request that your goods be returned from warehouse storage back to you.
