What happens if I do not collect returns?
Returned items that are not collected within 14 days may be automatically transferred to FBO and placed back on the marketplace for resale.
How it works
If a product is returned to the supplier, you have 14 days to collect it from the warehouse.
If the item is not collected within this period, products that are suitable for resale will be automatically transferred to FBO and listed on the marketplace.
You will receive payment for sold items according to the standard settlement process.
You can also transfer returned goods to FBO manually, without waiting for the 14-day period to expire.
