How do I change the legal entity details in my personal account?
You can update your company details in your Seller Drive personal account under the Profile section, the changes will take effect after verification:
Log in to your supplier account and go to Profile (Account Settings).
Update the company information and upload the required supporting documents (e.g., scanned and signed company card, incorporation documents, updated trade license).
The uploaded data will undergo verification in accordance with the KYC Policy — this includes document checks and, if needed, additional due diligence.
Once the compliance team approves the changes, your legal entity details will be updated in the system.
Until the verification is complete, the old details remain active in your account.
