What is Fulfillment by Emex and how it works?
Fulfillment by Emex (FBE) is a service available to all sellers in the SellerDrive platform that allows you to store and sell goods directly from the Emex DWC warehouse in Dubai on emexdwc.ae.
How it works:
Receiving goods – Emex accepts your products at the DWC sorting center in Dubai.
Sorting & storage – Goods are sorted and placed into dedicated responsible storage.
Listing for sale – Stored products are listed on the emexdwc.ae marketplace and available for purchase by customers.
Order fulfillment – Emex packs and ships orders to buyers on your behalf.
Settlements – Emex calculates sales proceeds and pays you for the sold goods.
Returns management – If needed, you can request to return your goods from storage back to you.
Service cost:
Storage fee: $3 USD / m³ / day.
Billed from the day goods are received at the warehouse.
Invoiced weekly unless otherwise agreed in your contract.
